Pam has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and founded The Home Team of Illinois serving the Naperville areas of Chicago's Suburbs since 2003. In 2012, Pam expanded her business along with her husband, Michael, forming The Home Team of Indiana, based in the Indianapolis/Carmel areas and in 2018, founded The Home Team of Suncoast FL in the Clearwater/St. Pete Beach, Tampa Bay areas.

Over the years, Pam has built a deeply loyal client base through her unswerving dedication to do what is right and in her clients' best interests. Today the majority of her business comes by the referrals of her past clients and/or her past clients returning to buy or sell a home. She is approachable and honest and draws on a wealth of experience in pricing, staging, marketing, and negotiating. Pam understands the stresses that buying and selling a home and relocation so often brings to clients and their families. Her commitment to excellence is her #1 priority. Her desire is that every client she comes into contact with feels they are the only client she's working with and that from beginning to end and beyond, they can depend on her to be an honest advisor and trusted real estate professional.

Pam and her husband, Michael have been married for almost 30 years and have 3 beautiful grown children who have all recently graduated from college. The Home Team Group has served hundreds of clients over the years with their real estate needs; in recent years, selling over $20M annually.
