Michael Potoczek - Broker

Michael is the Co-Founder of The Home Team of Indiana and has been a licensed Realtor in Indiana since 2010. He has recently earned his Florida real estate license, bringing incredible experience to our eXp Florida Brokerage and to The Home Team Suncoast Florida. Michael's background of service, consulting and sales prepared him greatly for his 2nd career in Real Estate. He is known both personally and professionally for valuing every relationship greatly, and works tirelessly for his clients, friends, and family. He is detail oriented and a strong negotiator, and ensures that meeting his clients' goals are first and foremost.

Having written hundreds of offers for first-time home buyers, clients in the luxury estate market, and/or investors, Michael has the experience needed in this fast moving market, to ensure his clients know how to strongly compete, while also providing amazing customer service clients deserve, need, and value. He respects that buying or selling a home is usually the largest purchase or sale in someone's lifetime. Besides his experience, patience and strength of character, he is known for making the real estate process not only enjoyable, but fun!

Outside of real estate, Michael leads a full life. He enjoys spending time with his family greatly, golfing (especially with his children), history, traveling, sports on many levels, and is even known to do a little PI work on the side!
